I have ADR changeitis!!! I can't decide between Boma and Sanna for our arrival dinner at AKL. Both sound great but we can only do one ;). We are a family of 5--adults are adventurous eaters kids aren't. Thanks for helping me decide!:surfweb:

I have done each and if your kids like to try new food then go with Sanna but if not then I would go to Boma that way they can try new food and also be able to get a few things I am sure they are going to like.
For my family we LOVED Sanna but not sure much Boma.

We "were" in the same boat. I had a dinner ADR @ Sanaa for our party of 6 on Mar 6th and was continually looking into BOMA, but could never get a decent dinner ADR time. Well, last night a decent time opened up and I made the switch.

This is our only dinner buffet - so I think the change will be good.

I've heard great reviews from both places - so i don't think we could go wrong either way.

Sanaa provides a nicer dining experience and with a limited menu, the food choices are good. It's not authentic Indian but as long as you are not expecting that, you probably won't be disappointed.

Boma is noisy and chaotic but offers a much wider range of interesting dishes that you aren't likely to find in too many restaurants. The kids' pod has a lot of choices that are standard fare so they are not limited to the unique dishes that they may be afraid to try.

We've dined at Sanaa 3 times and Boma more times than I can count. Because we are not big eaters (hard to justify the costs at WDW buffets anymore) and because we prefer the quieter TS atmosphere of Sanaa, we would pick Sanaa first. However, we would happily go to Boma too so I can't think of this decision as a first and last choice.

Sanaa is my favorite 1TS restaurant at WDW, so I would choose it. There are some standard kids' options for the less adventurous members of your party, but they also offer a fish option for kids (downsized from the sustainable fish entrée on the adults menu) and a pizza that they make from scratch with the dough from the naan bread.

With picky eaters unless they are going to order the pizza at Saana I would go with Boma. I perfer Saana for lunch so I can watch the animals.
