Sandals Your Kids Like?

Great thread! I just ordered the Keen seacamp II CNX for my 5 yo. They seem to be lighter than the others. Fingers crossed they are comfy!

My boys wear Keens sandals exclusively. My daughter wears both Keens and saltwater sandals.

Do Keens run true to size? I was looking at ordering some from Amazon, the closest place we have in stores is an 1.5 hours away. I hate to return things when I order online.

I have found keens to run true to size. My 2.5 years old has been wearing them since she was a size 4. We love them for out door play. Love the Newport style. They dry fast if you ask me! But we love in az. Everything dries fast.

For every day wear we like see Kai run sandals, salt waters (but not for lots of walking), stride rite.

But I do always make sure my kids always have a pair of keens in their size that fit. They are extremely durable even after many washes in the washer.

We like keens and tevas. Both have good soles like sneakers, very comfy and waterproof. We bring one pair or white sandals for dress up but they pretty much wear the keens or tevas every day.

My son loved Keens when he was younger. If you go with Crocs I would just caution you to be careful and make sure the soles don't get too worn. Those things are like standing on ice when the treads are worn down.
