OK we are travelling in Oct/Nov and were wondering if it was worth making a reservation for Sanaa or not? We may be going at lunch time which was what was making me think it may not be needed? Anyone know?

Hi,

I always recommend making dining reservations. They are free and you can always cancel them if your plans change.

Enjoy your trip!

Thanks its more the making plans that is the issue. We really don't know when we want to go to Animal Kingdom Lodge so were gonna play it by ear.

My favorite restaurant in all of Disney! And lunch is a great idea - you'll still have daylight to enjoy the wildlife out th window!
Whle I always recommend making the ADR, I think you're very safe just showing up...especially that time of year.
We've made ADR's and then shown up 2 hours early and were seated. We've been going once or twice every trip since they opened - and I've never seen it full...so many people don't even know it's there!

I think you'd be safe without a reservation but you could always try and secure one while you are actually down there. You can call and make a same day reservation once you do know when you'll be heading over there...just to be safe.

Have a great time.

We  Sanaa!!

Thanks everyone! You've made me feel a lot more confident in not rushing to get one when we reach the 180 day mark. I think well try and get a same day one or just pop by and see. Means we can get a cocktail at Victoria Falls worse comes to it lol!
