You'll probably have a chance at a refund even if Disney doesn't cancel it--so far, every time they've announced the health and safety protocols for a ship they've had a window that allowed guests a full refund. I wish they'd hurry up and let us know what to expect for the Wonder though.I would probably rather have DCL cancel and get my $$ back, since we have another cruise booked in April. We can wait for that one. But if DCL doesn't cancel, maybe we'll move the cruise to something else next year before we hit that 15-day window. We are all vaxxed and fine with restrictions... just not feeling it.
