I recently dined at San Angel Inn for dinner on Aug 3rd and was looking forward to having my usual meal - "Sugerencia del Chef: Combinacion Poblana" however upon sitting down at my table I was sadden to see that they have changed the menu, now a limited menu and most of the favorites have been removed.
Of course the price for some meals went up as well.

Fpund this:

Unfortunately, the menu you just posted is the one that the OP said has changed... I would venture to say the ones on Allears and Mouseplanet are not up to date.

Since it seems like all the menus are changing, I wish WDW itself would post them ... I love looking at the menus and thinking about what I will order.

I keep thinking San Angel sounds like an interesting place to eat!

Thanks for the menu post, we usually always go to San Angel Inn, now I won't be disappointed with an unexpected menu - still looks like there are some great dishes to try :)

Anyone have the updated menu? The one posted on this thread is the same as last year.

Just ate dinner there last week....I had the Plato Mexicano and the steak was out of this world. It was so tender. Don't go there thinking you are going to have the typical mexican dinner...tacos, enchiladas, nachos, etc. I was kind of worried about eating there due to all the reviews on this board, but my DD's wanted to eat there because of the atmosphere, so I gave in. We ended up having a seat at the river and everyone enjoyed their dinner. So glad we decided to go there.

How are the rice pudding and bread pudding? I know I do not like flan so that is not an option. TIA:)

Yes, actually I decided to try the Plato Mexicano instead since they eliminated my favorite dish and the steak was delicious - very tender and full of flavor. The other person in my party had the Filete Motuleno and he enjoyed it as well.

Please do not get me wrong, its still a great place to dine, the atmosphere is wonderful. I was just shocked to see the menu changed with few selections and price increases
