Same Question, Different Answers (Buffet Pricing)

I have called four times so far, and keep getting a different story.

This morning, Addie Lou informed me that If I booked the buffets prior to July 1st, I would be be able to pay the child's price for my eleven year old. Addie verified this with a manager. She also said that these prices will be applicable until September 24th for those with a PS. (You still must book the PS's before July 1st) I am guessing this date is significant because it will be 90 days after the new ages for buffets was announced???

She also said that she attended a weekly team meeting where she was informed of this "grandfathered" pricing.

I also spoke to Ida Rose this morning, who informed me that prices are subject to change at any time, and that since we are visiting in August, we will be subject to the new pricing. She also put me on hold and contacted a manager.

I am interested to hear what others are being told, and advising people to
make those PS's now for buffets. I am hoping WDW will honor their advertised price at the time of booking!

I have been told 5 times that they will honor all AR's made before 7/1 but there have many here that have been told otherwise. We won't really know until everyone reports back after the 1st.

I don't know the answer, but it's too funny how different CMs and different managers seem to give conflicting answers to the question. In this world of instant on-line communication, how hard is it to send an e-mail or document to the CMs and managers explaining the new pricing system? What's up with that?
