Same ad over and over

There is an ad that keeps popping up (especially on cruise line board) over and over from Google ads. I keep reporting it and even changed my Google settings but the ad keeps coming back. Is it Google or disboards that insist on showing me this ad? Thanks.

Do you have an adBlocker? I do see an ad at the top of the page (on the cruise board) before I log in, but once I log in, it's not there.
