What an adorable little kitty!!
oh my god....so cute! i just want to rub my face in him! he is so furry!
Just found your PJ. So I'm reading the posts linked in the start of this thread. And these are my thoughts as I'm reading.......
I LOVE your proposal story. So cute and romantic!
Thank you!!!
I like dress 7 the best and think it looks most flattering. Plus the back is really gorgeous!
I LOVE the back on it. It's my favorite.
Your ring is also gorgeous! (And I love Costco, by the way! LOL!)
Costco is the best. Both of the rings I loved were from Costco.
I realize these floral ideas in post 16 were posted last year so they may have changed by now. But I really love them. I love Fall colors so much. If I ever have a vow renewal or something, I'd want to do it in the Fall. Oh, and we did silks at our wedding and I'm really glad we did.
I love the fall colors too. But I'm afraid it's going to clash with the colors of the venue
AHH! I love argyle too! not sure about it on a cake but it could be interesting.
Yea, on a cake it would be interesting. We posted some new cakes though
I also love the idea of the pin trading starter kits. Great idea!
I found pin trading so much fun and I had never done it. I just want to share that with the guests.
The greens and purples for the flowers in post 91 are very pretty. Purple/green together are pretty much tied with Fall colors for me. Very pretty. And I just love non-rose bouquets. I mean, I don't mind a few roses. But I find mixed flowers much more interesting.
I don't know why I'm so anti-roses. I love purple and green together, but purple is a very popular color right now. I'm not sure what shades we'll end up with
The beaker with the monogram is fantastic! So cute!
we are huge science geeks. I just love it!
I really love that room at Living Seas. I'm not going to lie, I've mostly been skimming your posts so I can get caught up. Is that where you decided? Have you booked it? Have you had a planning session with Disney yet?
We are going with the Living Seas Salon. Our planning session is at the end of June.
For bridesmaids dresses, I like the idea of having similiar dresses of the same color. That way each bridesmaid can have a dress that's best for her body type.
And trust me, we have a wide range of body types
Okay, I think I'm all caught up now!
ETA: Woohoo! You chose the dress I liked best!![]()
What an adorable little kitty!!

That kitten Is so cute. Do you know what your naming it yet?
I think those bm dresses are cute! They will look nice together.
What a cute kitty. I have been trying to convince DH to get one, since we can't have a dog in our apartment, but he's fighting me on it.
Are you thinking a mad hatter style cake (with the crooked layers) or a more traditional shape?
Oh that kitten is adorable!

I don't know how I missed the cake post.
I really like that one (minus the shells.) I think it would be cool to have a more simple design if you're going to have a fun grooms cake. But honestly, all the cakes you posted are pretty awesome!
What kind of grooms cake does your fiance want?
Our three-tiered cake was all the same flavor. (We were married a few years ago. Non-Disney.) It never even occurred to me to do more than one flavor. I kind of wish we had though! A few people here mentioned some peanut butter mousse cake or something and it sounded so good!

I really like your BM dress choices. They are all different but similar enough that I think they will look great together. I love all three colors. The kitty is sooo cute! Does DF know about him yet?
the kitty is adorable! I love when they're so little. DF and I decided to get a kitten as our wedding gift to each other, so thanks for the idea.
I like the color scheme for the dresses being various shades of blue. I think I like the darker gray suit better since the colors would "pop" a little more.
I vote for Wiggin, but that's because it reminds me of one of my favorite books.

I love the dresses- the middle one would be my pick! I think you should do the darker grey suits with colored ties for the groomsmen and then the lighter grey suit with the skeleton tie for DF- LOVE IT! Your kitten is soooo cute too, I like the name Wiggin too but am not familiar with the book.
As for Mike's outfit, he's either going to go with the Prince Charming outfit, or a morning tux. Right now he's thinking of doing the cutaway morning tuxedo and then where the outfit at night (and possible during the MK shoot), but he'll still match the guys since they will just have different jacket styles and Mike will be wearing the cravat. He is super cute. We're having a hard time figuring out his name without actually seeing his personality.Yes! I love Ender's Game. I don't know too many other people that have read it - I guess I don't know that many Sci Fi readers. But it's been one of my favorites since I was young. Every now and again there's rumors of a movie but there hasn't been anything lately. I really liked the Bean series too, I thought it was cool to see it from a different perspective. I've read a lot of his other books and liked them too but the Ender Series are still my favorites.
Love the inspiration pics. So pretty! I can't wait to see how it looks on your girls.
<--- Big sci fi geek over here. I love Orson Scott Card. I've read his other books as well but nothings quite like Ender and Bean. I love how philosophical Ender series gets, but at the same time I love Beans as well. And the concept of the original books is just great. Bean's perspective is so different from Ender. My brother's name is Andrew and he wants to name his son Ender. And we were actually thinking of using Valentine as a middle name for a girl. I actually introduced Mike to the series and he's in love with it as well. I'm not a huge reader but I reread those books all the time. I've read some of his other works, but some of them so too out there for me. But I also love his novel Past Watch. It's really interesting. He also announced he's going to write another novel in the Bean series, Shadows in Flight.
. I definitely did like how philosophical Ender's series was, I remember crying for the hive queen and those little piggies. I liked the war strategy of the Bean series, I felt like it brought back some of the battle school aspect. Is he really? I'm so glad, I thought the Bean series kinda ended with a lot of loose ends. I actually even grew to really like Peter in the end. I think Valentine would be really cute as a middle name.
I love his books too! My dad gave me Ender's Game when I was younger and I've been hooked ever since. I also reread Ender's Game all the time and I also try to make everyone else read it too. I've succeeded with my sisters but DF is not much of a reader. He'll have to wait for the movie. I loved Past Watch! Outside of the Ender/Bean books that is my favorite of his! I picked it up by chance at the airport before a flight and couldn't put it down. I thought it really was a great concept and very well done. There was another one I liked too, I can't remember it now, it was more like a collection of stories. Basically the people would sleep for years and years and wake up during important times so that they could almost live forever.
I've been a lurker in your PJ ( everything looks great btw) and this is what moved me to comment... Orson Scott Card.
DH and I are also sci-fi geeks, and I'm a fan of OSC. ( he and the BM got starwars cufflinks from me to wear with their tuxedos. And both are looking forward to wearing them for the BM's wedding in July!)
Past Watch is by far my favorite, and special to me for a number of reasons. I met OSC about 2 years ago and he signed a copy of Ender's Game for me, which I gave a present to a friend of mine who as an even bigger fan who had said the book influenced his decision to go to The Citadel. OSC was very nice, and seemed like a down to earth and sincere person.
And not to totally hijack your thread, but you might enjoy George R.R. Martin's Song of Fire and Ice series, if you haven't already read it.
okay, enough geekdom. Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming...
Thanks Steph! He is so cute. I'm glad you like the dresses. It's such a relief to not have to worry about it anymore. I can't wait to see the suits.Sam-that is one of the cutest kittens I have ever seen. Love the blue BM dresses. I think the light grey suit on the right side would look great with the dresses.

) we got it!! I'm so excited, but there is a definitely a part of me that is
. I mean now this is really growing up...bills, no parents, bills. haha. I'm so excited to be moving in with Mike and being on our own but it definitely is terrifying.
