Sales tax on dining?

I read a great idea from another DISer that they put money for each PS they have into a separate envelope. I thought this is a great way to budget your trip. (We always seem to end up putting that last meal on a CC cause we spent our cash too fast! )

I'm trying to go ahead, too and put money aside each week for one of those meals. Especially since most of ours are the fixed price type meals. Gonna go ahead and figure in tax and tip.

anyone know what the sales tax is? Is it 6.5? Would that be at all restaurants in WDW?
