my guide indicated $112 with a $6.50 per point discount (assuming that's for over 100 points but not sure).

With SSR contracts on The Timeshare Store site going for as little as $68 per point I would buy a resale in a second over buying from Disney.

Wondering how many will now that they are re-opening sales. Do you think Disney might snap up those contracts?

I would think Disney will buy up some of the resale contracts to maintain price integrity. If the public is aware the resale market is getting contracts through ROFR at $68 per point, that's got to impact sales directly from Disney. We shall see...
