Salad dressing at Whispering Canyon?

We were at Whispering Canyon on the 11th, and the salad dressing was incredible! Our server said it was "just Granny Smith apples, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice". But he didn't say how it was made, and silly me, I assumed there would already be a recipe out here somewhere.

Can anybody help?

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing
Wilderness Lodge

1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition
Add salt to taste.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container

Yield: 15 ounces

Mmmm, sounds great. I'll have to try this recipe and it looks like I need to add Whispering Canyon to my list of restaurants to do for any future trips (which are WAY too far off).
