I know that this isn't Friday. Brandi reminded to me to get this picture. I don't like Zebra Domes, but I wanted to fulfill my duty as a Jamborini.

Does anyone know if her FIL is still alive? We know her MIL passed earlier this year, perhaps she could be caught up in the backlash. Whether they might be liquidating an estate or getting the FIL resettled, that can be very time consuming. My FIL passed a year and a half ago and we are just finally having his estate sale in two weeks. It has been very time consuming. The only reason I have time for the DIS is that I don't have kids or a job.

I did ask about her on the games board and one of the gals there said that people all over the boards are worried that she hasn't been around for so long.

There are a couple of Jamborinis who would know how to reach me (email, cell phone/text, FB) and vice versa.

It might not be a bad idea for us to have a list (via PM). Jamborinis can share as little or as much contact information as they feel comfortable listing. It would be especially helpful to have cell #'s for the early days of Food & Wine when a number of us will be there.

Just a thought.

For now, our concern is for Kimmar and what's going on in her life.

Afternoon Jamborini's!!!!

As for Kim.............. I "did" have her personal email and maybe even her cell number, I was getting something for her on one of our trips, since then, apparently that PM somehow got deleted.......... it was from awhile ago though. So, unfortunately, I have no way of contacting her - I have sent her a PM though and I'm sure others have as well, so, I don't think she's checking it. It is VERY unlike her to not check in here, if she was going on vaca. she'd have told us. My thought is that her comp. probably konked out and she hasn't had a chance to get a new one............. I'm pretty she's done at school.......... so, I doubt she's there. Plus, she may very well be involved in the settling of her MIL's estate - I think she said her DH was the executor? I may be wrong, but, I think so. I do hope she checks in soon - as we are all worried about her!!!

On a side note, I'm VERY glad and happy to be a part of the Jamborini's - everyone's concern which is so apparent about our friend, is why I love you guys so much................ the friendships we have here, even though only some of us have ever actually met in person, are real and I appreciate it and all of you - as I know Kim does as well. Let's all pray she's feels our vibes and checks in soon!!!

I found Kim's home number, just got off the phone with her - she is FINE - just been really busy with family and stuff!!! All is good!! She is hoping to be back around here soon.......... when things settle down!! She asked me to just give a quick update that she's good, all is well and she's happy to know she's been missed!!!!

Elin, she specifically asked about Bob and how he was doing, I told her good and she was glad to hear it!!!


So, she's good and appreciates that we are all thinking of her!!!!
