DH and I will be staying at Kidani from Dec. 3 - 10. My sister is going to stay with us for a couple of days probably at the beginning. We have a 1 BR Villa. First time staying in a 1 BR. But we have points to burn.

What is up with the heat?!?! It's 96 here and it says it feel 99, too hot for the first day in June even in Georgia.
It's cooler in Miami right now and there is just something not right about that!

A/C guy is on the way, he's going to get us going just enough so the house stays cool until we get home from vacation and then they will install the new units. At this point I don't even care about the money, I just want it cool in here!

We leave in 2 days!!! The kids still have no idea and I cannot wait to see their faces when they realize where we ended up! I'm so going to try to catch it on video so I can post it when we get back. I'm absolutely giddy with excitement!!

Of all the times I have stayed in AKL (both AKV and AKL) this will be our first stay at Kidani this June! Do they have the same blow dryers in a bag available? I know they aren't the best but the ones in AKL are pretty good, has anyone had any experience with the onces in Kidani if they are available? trying to decide if I should pack my huge blow dryer and I leave in less than 2 weeks

Oh you can put me down for going home to Kidani from June 15-21 before we cruise the Dream for our anni

Yes they do!! I didn't use it - I had brought mine, but I did see it!!

I am extremely late to the party, but we are staying at Kidani in a one bedroom villa for the first time this August!! Only a couple of months to go and we are soooo excited!

Hi all! just back from our week @ kidani village. we had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and we had some amazing views out our first floor window. My one complaint would have to be that our room was the absolute furthest away from the lobby. As we walked into the lobby we would turn left down our hallway and walk...and walk and walk then we'd see a sign that said "last elevators" then we'd walk some more till we reached the very last room on the right. I know someone has to get the last room but gosh that was a long walk those nights we did extra magic hours. I actually counted one night and i kid you not it took 666 steps from the time i entered the hallway till i reached our door lol. We were on the first floor and it was really neat to see the animals up that close. Once things get settled down here I’ll upload some pics for ya’ll.

That was us in December at Jambo house when my mom came with us so we were both at the opposite ends of the resort. I never realized how huge it was until then. I was tired just from walking to her room before we even hit the parks.
