That's so awesome! We're going to stay there next fall. Can't wait to hear more details. We'll be staying in The Little Mermaid section as well. Have fun!!!!!!

Yep! The image in your countdown is Mt. Rustmore. Here is a picture of them in 2004 with very little foliage around them.... but it was the greenest foliage on the island at the time.

We were on the first cruise back to CC after Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. What little foliage was left looked like it had been sawed off about 3 or 4 feet above the ground and was browned out because of the storm surge. It was much better in 2005, and was very lush and green by 2006.

Things not to do 3 weeks before a cruise:

Fall off a curb and sprain your ankle... Yeah that's right I did that!

Don't feel like the lone ranger.... it happend to me in DC on our trip last week, except we thought I broke my big toe... just found out today that it's just jammed... really badly! Guess we can hobble around together!

I went paint balling with work Wednesday.,. Might not have been the best idea either...

I broke a toe on my honeymoon in WDW 2 years ago... Not the best end of 3 weeks but better than before the wedding... We shall just have to get better and believe that all injuries (and viruses yeah I have one of those as well) will be better by the cruise.

Hey there fellow cruisers It has been a long while since I have been able to post. I have taken time out to catch up on everything that has been happening here. It is great to read all the excitment and warm welcomes. There has been ups and downs happening, positive vibes to everyone

It would take me all day and 50 pages to respond to everyone So thought I would update on what has been happening this end

Allen what a great idea for mixology class, great DISmeet class, we did not plan on doing a class sorry that I missed responding on this.

Beth are there any meets scheduled incase I have looked over anything?

OKWFan think we are fellow scottish DISers I am sure you will be with me on looking forward to some sunshine, we were greeted with frost this morning yuck!

FEs are almost complete - tags and sorting left to do now. Packing is well on schedule that was a mission! We have three sections to our vacation with the cruise in the middle section. I did not welcome the thought of going through cases so I have packed in days. All that is left is evening attire to be ironed and packed.

11 days and counting until we head off to the sunshine state to kick off at WDW What about everyone else when do you head off?

Oh two things I forget to add tonight is our final family night, we have had monthly evenings with all the travelling party to plan our itinerary, check out the Fantasy creation, christening and all the reports that are online from fellow cruisers. Kids love having grandparents over

We have Palo's brunch booked for Sunday and Remy's dinner for Thursday

Shulie is in the process of organizing the meets, I believe she will be posting the times and places shorty.
