Sailing Feb 17th - 20th!

Holly cow 15 weeks! Its getting so close! I dont even know what to expect!

We will fly in the morning before the cruise. we are staying at Ron Jons Resort will we have time to go to the surf shop and spend some time on the beach and the resort pool?
Thnks nettii

You can expect to have fun.

I've never been to Ron Jons but Cocoa Beach is not that big, it is only 30 -40 minutes from MCO so if you get in early enough you should have time. You don't have to be on the ship until mid afternoon so you have the morning before the cruise if you want, but I'd go to the port early, it's a big ship with much to explore and three days go by quickly.

15 weeks sounds so much better to me than 3 months!:worship: We are getting pretty excited about this trip! We are flying in the night before the cruise also and staying at Ron Jon's Resort. Can't wait to check out the resort and are hoping the kids can enjoy the pools if the weather permits. We have always gone to their surf shop before every cruise, so we're pretty pumped about actually staying at the resort this time around.

We are excited to stay at Ron Jons too. It looks like a cool resort with the lazy river and the ocean! I hope the weather is warm enough to enjoy the pool too.

I see that you have stayed at All Star Sports. We just booked rooms there for my entire family for after the cruise so we can go to Magic Kingdom. How was the resort? We've stayed at several of the other resorts onsite but have never been to All Star Sports. We finally got a "code" that enabled us to get a discount, so we decided to give it a try. Let me know your thoughts.:)

I have also stayed on All Star Sports, I stayed there before I went on the Disney Wonder 3 night cruise in August 2009. I know I enjoyed it. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I don't know that I would stay there for more then 3 or 4 nights, but other then that I know I'd stay there again. I like food courts much better at Sports and Pop Century where I stayed in october 2010

Thanks for your reply. I've stayed at All Star Movies before, and we thought it was just fine. Last year, we stayed at Wilderness Lodge, and it was all decorated for Christmas and was beautiful! We didn't really want to splurge on an expensive resort this time around since we'll only be there for one night. We knew we had to stay onsite though, cause if I remember correctly, Magic Kingdom is open until about 2:00 a.m. the night we'll be there. Not that we'll make it that long, but I'm sure we'll give it a try!:goodvibes

I haven't stayed there in a few years, but we liked All Star Sports. Your kids will probably think it is cool with the larger than life sports theme. The baseball pool is kinda neat.

My kids loved it but they are big sports fans. I do not like the bussing though. But its not bad at all, the pools are themed so cute!

3 Mo every one! Now the reality of this cruise is starting to set in! Im getting very excited!:thumbsup2 I just looked at inside pics and it looks amazing!

Have a great day!
