for the day? Or do you?
Do you do hair & makeup everyday = even when you are going no further out of the house than the mailbox?

define dressed :rolleyes1 I'm in comfy pants and a long sleeve t almost everyday.. my 1 yr old doesn't care what I look like either do the other 3 when they get home from school.. he's at work til 9:30most nights.. we see each other in passing on the way to bed i have no one to impress :upsidedow

I get dressed every day. I just can't sit around in sweats unless I am not feeling well. I don't do my hair and makeup but I never have. I don't possess the talent to do hair (ponytails are my style! :lmao:) and I don't care for wearing makeup. I am pretty busy most days though. I have a 13 yr old that I homeschool and a one month old.

I can't stand not taking a shower.

Might as well put on the clean clothes afterwards. :lmao:

I don't do much makeup, I will go out without any on. And I do like my lounging/yoga pants for everyday wear.

I shower and am dressed everyday by 8am. The only time I will not shower early is if I plan on doing a big cleaning and then i will wait until I am done cleaning to shower.

I have a difficult time getting motivated unless I am showered and dressed. It might just be in jeans and long sleeve tee as someone mentioned, but my hair is brushed, and my shoes are on. I can't work without my shoes being on, lol. Make up is minimal whether going out or staying in. Foundation, mascara and lip moisturizer.

I get up, get my workout clothes on, and get the kids ready for school. After I hit the gym, I shower, do makeup etc for the day. That's when I actually get dressed for the day.

I usually go to the gym right after dropping my kids off at school, so I come home and shower/dress then. makeup is hit or miss, as is doing my hair. sometimes I just let it air dry, which works fine with my style.

on days that I don't go to the gym for some reason and am not going anywhere, sometimes I just hang out in yoga pants/turtleneck or t-shirt.

for what its worth, my dh works from home and is similar. sometimes he never gets out of sweats. worse, sometimes he goes into his office first thing in the morning just to check something really quick before getting ready for the day and emerges around 5:00 without realizing he never got dressed/brushed his teeth/took a shower/ate anything. home offices can be a blessing or a curse! lol.

Dressed means not in pajamas. If I'm not going anywhere, that means sweats and a comfy shirt. We have a rule in our house that you have to be "dressed" to eat lunch...which means changing out of your pajamas.

When I was a SAHM I showered and dressed every day because SAHM is mostly a misnomer-I was rarely home past 10 AM. We were out doing things when the kids were little and when they started school I was busy volunteering, etc. The only time I didn't shower/dress is if I was too sick to do that.

Generally I showered around 8 am as that was about an hour after I got up and got the kids fed, etc. I like some time in the morning to lounge around-like today-I usually get up an hour or so before I have to start getting ready for work to read the paper, drink my coffee, etc.

Dressed by 7- totally dressed with makeup and hair ect usually 8:30 or never(After last bus child leaves at 8:15ish I primped if I am going someplace. But today- nope no primping. Just stretchy pants and a sweatshirt it's house cleaning day.

Every day is different, it varies with my schedule as to what I wear and when but I'm up and dressed one way or another at 6:30 to drive DS to his bus stop a few miles away. When it's a workout day, it's workout clothes, meetings or meet up with friends, nicer clothes and makeup after a shower and just to do chores or clean, jeans or sweats. My DH works from home when not travelling, so every once in a great while I give myself a pajama day on the rare occasion I don't have to go anywhere for the day. Oh, I love those days! :cloud9:

Get dressed with DS7 when he goes to school at 8 am. I have to drop him at the bus stop. Mostly in Jeans and a comfy top.

Me too, all of the above! I am the first one up and I am showered and dressed by 6:15...no one in the house would get going if I didn't!

Dressed before I wake the kids up to go school. Not one to fuss with makeup or hair , shower and go....

I am not one to put my pj's on unless I am going to bed either. I am not a lounger I guess. :lmao: No pajama days for me but the rest of the family has them.

During summer .. dressed and ready to go by 9 most days.
Winter time, Yoga pants and long sleeve shirt if I am staying home.
Hubby works shift work , he has a least two days off the week and every other weekend. One day is usually the two of us on the couch watching movies in Pjs while kiddo is in school.

If he is working I always try to have hair fluffed and a bit of makeup on for when he gets home lol.

Shower, get dressed, hair and makeup everyday. If I workout first thing in the morning I do all that afterwards. If I workout in the middle of the day I wind up doing it twice.

Shower and dress for the day after dd8 is at school. Makeup and hair every day from the day she was born. The only time I have gone without makeup is last month when I had a horrible respiratory infection and stayed in bed three days! I do work from home for our business and have to go out for work at least once a day and to pick up dd from school.

Shower, eat, blow dry hair, tinted moistuizer, Bert's Bees chapstick, jeans/shirt/fuzzy socks...and we start homeschooling.

I shower and get dressed every day, usually by 10am. But "dressed" typically consists of sweats/windpants/jammie pants. Obviously, if I'm going somewhere for the day, I'll put on jeans. ;)

I have short hair that doesn't require styling and I never wear make up, so my routine is pretty short. :)
