We were told by a WL manager that decorations go up the Wed before Thanksgiving...when we were there everything went up a day late (or maybe it was 2 days late..Janet, do you remember?), but it was all up by the Friday morning before Thanksgiving!

So unless they are late again this year, should go up on the 14th, possibly the 15th! If not up when you arrive, not to worry - everything will be decorated overnight and you'll wake to the Christmas season all around the resort.

So after all my worries about the approving of a change to WL....I figured I'd share a conversation we all had at the Frozen yogurt place after the Eye Doctors....

Me: So ladies, we should visit the Wilderness Lodge when we are there, Mommy's friends say the Christmas decorations are so pretty!

HRH: No way

Me: Why not? We don't have to stay there...but I want to see it.

HRH: YOU said we can't stay there, I WANTED to stay there, YOU said we need to save money, that's why I picked the Polynesian

Now I remember the conversation about switching to Pop

Me: OK, fair enough, Are you saying you want to stay at Wilderness Lodge instead of the Polynesian?

HRH: That's what I said...

Me: Time for a vote.....stay at the Polynesian or change to Wilderness Lodge???

All three girls: WILDERNESS LODGE!!!!!

HRH: With the snack room!

Me: Of course, Princess, you will all love it there!

Me: So should we go early in the morning for breakfast or stay at Pop and have Mickey waffles?

All 3: Snack room for breakfast!

Kate: Mommy you know I always sleep late, please wake me up.

Me: Of course, baby, I will never leave you behind...

I told Brandon..and now that ASSp is booked..he wants Universal so I've been signed up for rental car alerts...checking Loews Hotels... No airfare yet....Waiting for the vacation request book to get to Brian...hopefully before January
