safe place to park a scooter for hours

I am prone to edema after being on my feet all day. When it gets bad, it triggers diabetic nerve pain in my feet and lower legs. I won't need to use a scooter in the morning and most of the afternoon, however I will probably start wanting to use it after dinner to be able to make it through to the fireworks. Is there somewhere in each of the parks where I can leave the scooter when I arrive and pick it up later in the day when I need it? Not sure how CMs will take seeing a scooter abandoned for hours, but I want to do all the walking I am capable of..If I was home, I could simply put my feet up for a couple of hours, but not at Disney. I have too much to do!

You could ask them where they rent scooters. My father's personal scooter died on us while we were at MK. We got it up to the front and they were kind enough to keep it there for us so it would be safe. We picked it up when we left for the evening. I can't tell you how much fun pushing it was.

Anyway, I would check with them there. They even had a particular form for guests leaving something like that, so I would think it may not be that uncommon.

I recommend that you, or another adult member of your party, drive the scooter to each "land" and park it with the strollers while you tour in that land. Keeping it relatively close, so it doesn't appear abandoned for an extended period of time. That way you'll also have it near when you are ready, without having to backtrack potentially a considerable walk when you need it.

Enjoy your vacation!
