safari ears with hat

I need help, please. I had someone do me the cream, black, tan Mickey ears safari hat with names, but I didn't get one with my name and now I can't remember who did the design. Can anyone help me with this??
I feel so stupid in both respects. Thank you to all who are willing to steer me in the right direction or to the right designer.

You know, this is a really cool board. People are so nice and helpful here. They go out of their way at times to be helpful. It's very nice.

You are right Michelle, but I thought I read that she isn't doing designs anymore... and chaoscent you are right, this is a great board and everyone goes out of their way to help others....I am thankful there are many out there that help me when I am brain dead and can't think one more minute....friends of the soul and heart you all are..
