Safari at AKL

We will be at AKL over Christmas week. I just read a post about a sunrise safari? Can you give me some info on this? I am assuming it is some kind of safari you can take as a hotel guest. Would like to know details, cost, how to reserve, etc.

You must be staying at AKL at the concierge level. There is an additional charge of around $50 for adults and $25 for kids. If you're booked at concierge level, call the concierge to book the safari. It is offered only on Saturday and Tuesday mornings, so you must be staying at AKL Concierge over a Friday or Monday night.

Are you booked in concierge or regular rooms?

The sunrise safari is exclusively for concierge guests. It costs 50.00 per adult/25.00 per child and you must have park admission.

The safari departs on Saturdays and Tuesdays at 7:00am-ish and includes transportation to the park, the safari with a personal guide (approx 45minutes) a wonderful breakfast afterwards and fast passes to the kilamanjaro safari ride.

You can book through the concierge 90 in advance...
