Was that Saddam Hussein in the videotape message released on 3/19?

I didn't think so because he looked so haggard compared to recent video of him. Then I saw an expert on Fox news who discussed how they compare certain markings,etc. Now I think it probably was him. I wonder about the actual date of the taping,though.

I think it was him, but I also think it may have been pre-recorded.

I just heard on cnn that they (I don't remember who "they" is-- government?) had one of Hussein's mistresses look at the tape and she said it isn't him. She reportedly has been very accurate in the past when shown Hussein and look alikes.

I believe it was him but that it was prerecorded.

Maybe it was him without his make up..... I'm serious, the guy is narcissistic and no doubt wears lots of pancake make up for his appearances (as do our politicians I'm sure).

This morning there is speculation that he was either killed or severely wounded the first night.
