I'm starting to think those of you without an IPhone because of AT& 3G coverage will eventually get the 3G coverage before Verizon gets a contract.

I had a feeling. I think the HTC Incredible is in my future. I know a programer who works with the Android platform and he says it is the best phone on the market bar none (including the iPhone.) So any day now I will have an Android phone.

Oh man! I am up for a phone upgrade with Verizon in November...oh well. Guess I will have to get another Blackberry. I will not switch to AT&T for the iphone but I REEEEAAAALLLY want one!

Spending my first day with my new HTC Hero. Got it from Cellular South. Awesome rate plan and I use Verizon towers for 3G coverage. Not quite an I-Phone but so far I like it. I upgraded from Sprint Blackberry. Won't use an I phone because I despise AT&T. They are horrible in customer service here.

Well hopefully it will come next year and not 2012 like I read as well. We can upgrade in 2011 and I would love to get one. Unless they can ETicket app that the DIS put out for my blackberry (hint hint)

I have never had any issues with the 3G coverage on my iPhone. The service has always been great by me. -shrug-

I travel every week for work usually between upstate NY where I live and Boston but do go other places, mostly in the northeast. I had Verizon coverage for many years and while I had it, every evening while away from home my call home would get dropped at least once using my Verizon phone. I have had an iPhone for almost a year now and have yet to have a dropped call when I call home be it from Boston, Rhode Island, DC or Georgia. I have had a few dropped calls to NYC when talking to my daughter (she has an iPhone too) but for the most part I have no complaints. If Verizon were to get the iPhone I would not be included to go back.

I've had my Motorola Droid since the day it was released and LOVE it! Works great, no dropped calls, and the GPS turn by turn is amazing!

Lots of other fun stuff too!

I'll have the Moto Droid in a couple weeks. I'd LOVE an Incredible, but part of the argument to get ANYTHING from the boss-in-charge-of-phones was that I needed the keyboard in addition to the screen to do some of my work (I provide backup support to the on-call people when I'm not on-call myself, so being able to log in and look at things without having to have a laptop permanently attached to me helps)...of course, when I mentioned the Incredible, the boss-in-charge-of-phones agreed to get me a Droid - HIS Droid, as he is getting himself the Incredible...

Too bad! I stopped in the Verizon store today to look at their smartphones, and wasn't really too impressed with anything. If I was to get a Droid phone, I would probably go with the HTC Incredible because of the super-fast processor and 8MP camera. The iPhone is still my favorite phone other than my Blackberry Curve 8530.
