Sad & Depressed

Hello,

The person I'm going with to WDW is so "easy going" about food, he aparently doesn't care where we eat.

I feel sad and stupid trying to plan or even about obtaining ADR's

We have the Dining Package and I don't want to see any of it go to waste.

Have any of you ever gone to WDW under these kind of circumstances and if so, how did you cope with the feeling that you were the only person who cared?

Thanks

Heya,

My DW is the same way. She loves Disney, but I am the food guy, and she just sorta goes along. I guess it's a plus that she thinks it is cute that I do all the food planning.

We are Left-Coasters, so we usually hit Disneyland. I plan all the meals, but I am willing to walk away from any of them if she actually sees something she wants to try. If we can get in great, if not we have my fallback. That flexibility makes it easier for the "planner" in me and the "just-go-along" personality that is my wife to both have a good time. But most restaurants out here aren't that hard to get in to either. Sounds like WDW can be more of a challenge than the last time we visited (been over 10 years now).

I do make attempts at corrupting her by sending images from these boards once and awhile. Little Tonga Toast here, Gray Goose slushie there, and she laughs at me. When we do finally get out to WDW again she will appreciate it!

Have fun planning!
