S/O How many were in your wedding party?

1980, beach wedding with no attendants and only immediate family and our best friends who introduced us.

We had 4. My best friend was my matron of honor, and my work friend was my bridesmaid. I still talk to both of them regularly. My husband had his friend as the best man, and his brother was supposed to be the groomsman. His brother got sick the day of the wedding, so the wedding planner's husband, who was a church friend, stood in for him.

4 groomsmen (we each have 2 brothers) and 2 best men. (DH asked his best friend, then MIL had a fit that he didn't ask FIL, so two.)
4 bridesmaids to match and 1 maid of honor, since my choices were made well before the extra best man got added.
2 ring bearers and 3 flower girls, to keep all the families happy. (My mom was upset that I didn't have anyone from her side in the wedding since the two ring bearers were from my dad's family, so we added a flower girl to the set of twins we already had.)

We had 2 attendents on both sides. We didn't specify who was MOH or brides maid or Best man

8 total - 4 girls (2 were cousins, 2 were friends) on my side and 4 guys (all friends) for DH.

MOH, Bestman, 6 Bridesmaids, & 6 groomsman, 2 ushers, Jr Groomsman & Ring Barer

MOH and Best Man (the friends who introduced us), 2 bridesmaids (my sisters) and 2 groomsmen (his brothers), flower girl and ring bearer.
For the time period in our area, 90s, it was a pretty small wedding party.
I'd guess the largest wedding I've been to had about 12 attendants on each side.

Four bridesmaids and four groomsmen. I also had two flower girls.

Speaking of which, tomorrow is our 14th anniversary!

We got married at the courthouse in 1995. There was me, my husband, my brother-in-law and his girlfriend, my mother and two of her friends. (We told her she could bring one guest, so she naturally brought two.) Plus the judge, of course!

It was really nice. :cloud9:

My BFF was my matron of honour, my sister was a bridesmaid and BFF's daughter was my flower girl. DH had 2 his brother and a friend.

I've been married a couple of times but both times I had a maid of honor and DH had a best man.

My sons are all married...
Oldest DS had 2 Best men and 4 groomsmen/Wife had a Maid of Honor and 5 bridesmaids
Middle DS and wife had maid of honor and best man
Youngest DS and wife got married at the courthouse with just witnesses.

We had an uneven bridal party because we included exactly who we wanted and nobody extra just to fill in. On my side I had a MOH and a bridesmaid, and on the grooms' side we had on Best Man and three ushers.

5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 1 maid of honor, 2 RB's and 1 flower girl. Add in 2 giant Italian Catholic families and we probably should have had more just because we ran out of seats in the church.

I had 1 maid of honor, DH had one best man, one flower girl (my niece) one ring bearer (also my niece) and that's all. We had just family and my two best friends (not in the wedding party) at the wedding, and then a big reception the next day somewhere else. When you plan a wedding 3 weeks out, you take what you can get as far as times.
