S&D wedding budgets/costs

Hi,
This might sound really rude and for that I apologise. My fiancé and I have decided on an overall wedding budget, however are uncertain on how much certain things cost and thus how to budget for other things. So is any one (ideally S&D brides/grooms) willing to post their budgets or costs to help us?

Cake pricing, invite pricing, food and beverage costs?

We are sending out invites to approximately 70 guests, and are only anticipating 50 actually coming. But want to ensure, if necessary we can afford all 70 to come.

We were married last November, but pricing went up about 5% after we signed our contract. I have a spreadsheet I can send you with a breakdown of all of our prices if you'd like to see it. It includes the vendors we worked with.
