I have a few questions:

1. Can borrowed points be transferred?
2. Can banked points be transferred?
3. How does this work with multiple contracts?

No, neither banked nor borrowed points may be transferred. However, once transferred, points may be banked.

Members are allowed one transfer per year - either into or out of their contract. If you have multiple contracts you can transfer from/to each one - these must be separate contracts, not add-ons of a master contract. Each would need to have a unique membership number (NOT just a contract number).

If you were to transfer points from one of your contracts to another, that would use the allowed transfer for each of those contracts for that Use Year.
