Rush hour?

If you're using Disney's public transportation, what times are considered "rush hour"? Should you allow more time to get to your destination or should you always give yourself like an hour to get from your resort ( We'll be at ASMu) regardless of when you're leaving?

I find it's always best to leave yourself plenty of travel time with Disney transporation. The time you don't, and you have somewhere to be, will be the time a bus ends up being 45 minutes late. Murphy's Law!

As for "rush hour", I think the busiest times for Disney transporation is just after the fireworks/night show end at park closing and masses of people are trying to get back to the resort. The plus side, Disney dispatches more busses when it's super busy.
