Well I ran a 10K race today, so I was able to send Disney my official time. I finished in 51:09... not bad, could have been better, but it was rainy and a lot of uphill running. I ran across the Ben Franklin bridge. Running uphill on that bridge was tough, lol.

Can you believe we are like 60 some days away! So excited. I'm happy it's November. I love this time of year. It's almost Christmas time.

Well I hope you are all doing well. As soon as I get a chance, I want to post our plans.

Good job on your race! Crappy weather sucks and there is a lot to be said for powering through it and putting in a good time. Not every race can be 65, sunny and flat. But you should be a good chute with that time.

As for Disney, the only "hill" area is when you run below the water on your way past the Contemporary and have to go up the other side.

OMG that's it? I should be good then. I have to tell you though, I'm pretty good with the hills. When I run around my town, there are a couple hills. The bridge though was like 1 mile up and 1 mile down, lol. It was forever uphill!!!

I think when it gets super cold out, I'm going to practice more uphill when I'm stuck running on a treadmill.
