RunDisney shirts in parks when there isn't a marathon?

Are the runDisney "every mile is magic" shirt sold in the parks when there isn't a marathon happening?

The shop parks app lists them but says they are unavailable when you click on them. Heading down in a few weeks and would love to pick one up.

I don't believe so. You can find some items at the store at Wide World of Sports though. Otherwise on the app or Disney store website are the only places outside an expo.

The store at the ESPN WWoS has them,I've gone on non race days and seen them.
