personally i would not want to pay deluxe resort rates and have to share the monorail station with people coming in from a next-door DVC resort. i'm paying high room rates for quick and easy transportation by staying on the monorail loop, and i still think that it would create a bunch of congestion if another hotel's worth of guests was cramming into the CR station to board the trains.
This is where that disconnect between the brain and the typing fingers really comes back to bite you......
And maybe you should contact WDW and introduce them to the concept of a structural engineer - they may be interested in using one this time. Afterall, their string of luck of building all of those properties without the proper analysis may be coming to an end
