maybe I do... a little
I will have to wait few years to see it if it's not open by end of October
Hey all. Been a couple of weeks since Ive checked in. Really stressful week - sure wish I was going to Disney. My brother is in Baton Rouge and I couldn't get ahold of him for days. He is in a shelter and ok. But that period of unknown was tough. Anyway, please pray for the folks in Louisiana. Its going to take a long while to get things going
Page two ... again .... NOOOOOOOOOO
Have we all given up hope? I hope not.
While my excitement is pretty flatlined, I am still drawn in by the floats and even if they just float out there lit up ... I would be happy.
I know I am not interested in a bunch of folks dancing and "telling a story" ... I want to be wowed. I hope they feel the same in this "build".
(EDIT BEAUTIFUL PICTURES)
So I posted this over in another thread about watching the atlantic storms, and thought it might bring a chuckle or two…. or maybe those guttural groans when someone does a really bad pun…
Earlier in the week I was watching Gaston and I couldn't stop the musical theatre of my mind… To the tune of "Gaston"
Iiiiiiit's a storm called Gaston, Atl'ntic shores should be warned…
if the winds keep on building there'll be tourists alarmed!
Orlando's not usually worried, they're central with land mass to spare.
But weather news crews get more ratings... with headlines that read "Cataclysm, BEWAAAAARE!!"
iiiiiiit's a storm called Gaston, let's toast with a Saison
and throw a great shindig with party hats on!
As a hurricane he's not yet matriiiiiicuuuulated,
so he's a tropical staaaaahm, Gastaaahhn!
Hmmmm, interesting. I notice it only says that the buses will run *from* the parks to DS. I guess that's how they'll cut down on people taking advantage of free parking at DS and busing to a park. They could still park at DS, but it would then involve getting to a resort before being able to get to a park. I do like having the option of going to DS directly from a park, though.
....
The loss of valuable time in the morning not only from taking a bus to a resort then transferring but also the buses don't start rolling until 10 am negates any perceived value of saving $20 by trying to park at DS. My time and park time is worth way more than that.
