I'd never heard of Blaze pizza, but custom wood-fired pizzas sound awesome! A great pizza place will be a welcome addition, that's something Disney Springs doesn't have right now.
We went for dinner at Disney Springs Monday night and for the life of me I can't remember the name of the restaurant. It was new, I think it had Florida in the title, and it was fantastic. It was simple Southern food and drinks and everything was so tasty. DH got fried chicken and donuts, which he raved about, and my shrimp and grits were delicious. I also got a drink made with moonshine and watermelon that was really refreshing. The atmosphere was great, relaxed with some great country music playing (I'm really not much of a country music girl, but it fit the setting). I would definitely recommend it, or at least I would if I could remember the name!
I really wonder how some of the high end stores are going to turn a profit. I was in Lily Pulitzer for about 30 minutes (Grayson was thrilled...) and no one else even came in. I bought a couple of things and I got the impression I was one of very few who had actually bought something that day. I can imagine the rent is quite high, and I'm just not sure the clientele is there. It'll be interesting to see if that area is a success.
