I hate Olaf!!!!! Whose bright idea was to change FP+ booking window from midnight to 7am?!?!?

I know it is terrible. I am driving to work at that time. This time I lucked out though- my FP day will be on Memorial Day so no work.

Some people are reporting a phone wait time of 60 minutes... I called right at 7 am but the robot couldn't understand me... she said, "We are experiencing technical difficulties, let me get an agent for you" No idea how this will effect my wait time, they didn't give me a estimate.

So that's both a TH and Tiffins email confirmation that say no DDP.

I refreshed the package webpage and it clearly shows the package prices with "DDP eligible" for both restaurants. So this discrepancy between the JB dining package webpage and email confirmation is confounding!

i've asked on fb to someone that writes a lot about disney and she has confirmed me that DP are accepted and emails are often wrong. so seems it's just a typo in their emails

***!!! Been at this since before 7am and Soarin is unavailable! I haven't even seen it open once. Olaf keeps messing with things. For 5/28 I got a message: ALL FP FOR ALL PARKS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED! huh?
