It totally is. Back in the day my kids switched the sugar bowl to salt and thought it was hilarious. I knew something was up. They were giggling from the time I walked into the kitchen. My mom spidey senses weren't alert enough to zone in on what had happened, though. Too early.

did my daily check of the HUB, nothing yet but creative entertainment released their weekly calendar and it still sayd RoL opening April 22nd. Also some info on the Tree of Life I don't think any of this is new

What is the awakening of the Tree of Life?Each evening, the Tree of Life will draw Guests to Discovery Island for a lively gathering where the animal spirits of the Tree are brought to life, revealing moments of wonder and enchantment. The Tree of Life connects all living things and in the awakening of the Tree, its energy is brought to life in the form of playful fireflies surrounding the tree, as well as other animations magically appearing.

How often will the Tree awaken?The Tree will awaken multiple times per evening at various times that are designed to surprise and delight our Guests and reveal moments of marvel. Once the Tree awakens, it will remain active throughout the evening with multiple 2-3-minute animal fables, as well as shorter, enchanting scenes of nature and animal activity.

Where can Guests see the Tree awaken?The best place for Guests to view the awakening is in the center of the hub. Guests will only be able to view the awakening at the front of the Tree of Life, nothing will be visible from the back of the Tree.

Is the Tree of Life awakening connected to “Rivers of Light”?These are two separate experiences to enjoy, however both celebrate the stories that animals can share and showcase the magic of nature. The Tree of Life awakenings are 2-3-minute-long experiences meant to surprise and delight Guests, where “Rivers of Light” is a nighttime, waterside show featuring lights, lanterns and lotuses.

I didn't know all that. I wasn't sure how we were going to get to see that and ROL so good to know it will happen multiple times

I covered my brother's door with plastic wrap while he was sleeping and secured it heavily with duct tape. Too funny. I also stuck one of our halloween creepy alien baby decorations in his bed while he was sleeping. He really should be a lighter sleeper lol

Your post made me giggle, but for the record, I'm from Northern Ontario (hundreds of kilometres/miles north of Toronto). -20C is a cold winter day for us, really cold is -35C pre-windchill and we tend to hit -50C (with windchill) at least a few times in January - those days are just miserable!

Oh noooo, I could never. I cried this past winter when it hit -10F up here. I went outside, sure, but, I was not a happy camper.

I got the kids' breakfast ready last night (cereal in milk) then froze it. Expected them to freak out this morning when they couldn't dig their spoons into the bowls, but they laughed instead and said "cool, it's frozen!" then tried to eat it anyway. Guess the joke was on me

My weather is the joke on us today. It's in the 60 with a very warm light breeze and we're gong to have snow mixed with rain Sunday some things just aren't funny! I got up this morning hoping we were done with winter

I'm not. But as I've posted, I do wonder what's up with the phone calls made about a 4/2 announcement. I mean, why call and tell people that if it's not intended to happen? They had no other reason to call just out of the blue like that, did they?

My wife sewed the sheets around me to the bed last night. I was super exhausted and passed out hard..woke up on my back in the middle of the night and couldn't move. Totally expected to die Dexter style until she started cracking up.

We're supposed to get snow too this weekend - too late!

My favorite I pulled on my son was the year that April Fools fell on a Sunday. We went to church and when it was over and we left the church, I told him "Oh, I forgot, it's Double Church Day. We have to go back..." Got him all the way back in and seated before he figured it out!

My mother was a April Fools champ - she always got me good!
