I just got an important memo at work that all of our business travels have been put on hold indefinitely because of the happenins in Brussels. For now my business trip to Orlando is cancelled - meaning our family trip is also cancelled They will reevaluate the situation in a couple weeks probably but I am so damn PO'ed right now! Don't blame my company for this though - they are just trying to look out for us but really there are so many idiots in this world!

I just talked to a very nice CM who's first words were I'm so sorry. She told me to check back later today because they're expecting word anytime now and a memo about the packages (preview and dining) should be released the day before they start booking them
Yes, I know. And as I said I don't blame my company for this decision. It is understandable. I am honest - I have an uneasy feeling right now myself. We have to travel through Europe's two largest airports to get to Orlando. How do you tell something like this to kids though? I guess I'll keep on planning for now and then see how things are looking once it gets closer to our departure day. I'm frustrated.

I spoke to a CM who said that the opening day has been postponed from April 22nd. I challenged her politely saying that web site still says 22nd and she said she would let her supervisor know! Tried to call back to speak to some one else but wait time was 10 mins.
