I had to take one kid to school at 5:30 this morning. I was really hoping to come home and see either the ADR or fastpass ready to be booked.

The uk lines open at 9am (apart from the dining line, which opens at the same time as the US one). I have spoken to them today and was told no FP or dining package until later in the summer... I am hoping this is because they are UK based and uninformed, however everyone I have spoken to on that line has an American accent!

The people who answer the uk line are still in the USA they just start work earlier than the dining reservations people. I have called when the lines open and they tell me it is still very early over there which it would be with the time difference.

Just talked to a very nice CM. The reservations have been postponed. She suggested I keep checking online because postponed could mean at some point today, tomorrow, Monday or later.
She was very apologetic, but got the point across that this is a fluid situation.

I am going to make a prediction that the opening date of April 22 gets postponed. I think they are unsure if they will be ready, hence the delay in the package availability

I received the same answer. It was a rather frustrating call - she kept saying that the "preview parties had been postponed", so I kept asking for clarification as to whether the actual parties had been postponed or the release of the tickets, but finally she said it was the release of the tickets, and to check back on the website and blog. No information as to a new time table. She thanked me for my patience - ha!
