I just spoke to customer services who told me that there will be no fast passes or dining packages until later in the summer... She also said the opening time for the park will change, but only 30 days in advance. I'm hoping she doesn't know what she's talking about, but she seemed confident!

I phoned the 0800 number (in UK) and pressed option 1.
