I don't remember who or what page it was on but someone was talking about BOG hours in Sept/Oct.

We went last Oct and the hours stopped at six for the longest time. I think they opened up more times in Aug. we were going on a party night without party tickets so we had to book by 6:55. I believe we ended up with a 6:45. Just keep watching.

My family (party of 6) has decided they want to pay, even out of pocket, for a Tusker House dinner RoL package..... previously it was a "maybe" with only DH, DD and self doing it if we can use DDP.

Now the pressure is on even more. :headache:

What will happen if uou have an 8 am ADR on a day they do the pay for early hours thing? Will hey cancel it? Would be cool to get a 300.00 early am for free.
You would still have your meal but you wouldn't be able to ride anything early. Only those with the stickers get to do any riding. But I'd assume you'd get a leg up on rope droppers because you'd be at the inside ropes before they would be. But that part is just a guess on my part.

I'm so annoyed (like so many) ...For our end of April trip there are uncertainties (ROL), attraction closures, price changes, and now EMH changes possibly affecting my early ADRs. We will still have an awesome vacation but we are all spending more and getting less. I just can't believe the difference from our previous trips.

Think they cancelled some of the closest to 7pm reservations last year before the early party dates in mid-Sept & only offered up until 6:45p. It looks like they're holding the post-6 ones (I'd guess until tickets go on sale/dates are set in stone) and non-party nights will open up then so I'd look for that as a clue...and the sad part is that's about as clear as Disney has been lately, lol ;)

Should I be wondering why I couldn't get any dinner reservations for Tusker House for late September other than 4:15, which is a standard latest time for Fantasmic dining packages for dinner? Or am I just reading something into absolutely everything now :p?

I just checked FPs after looking at the other thread. I can see out to June 4 and the last FotLK is 6:30-6:50 and the last Safari FP is 6:30-7:30. It says the park is closing at 8pm that night. I'm seeing 8pm closing starting June 1st. So, I'm assuming those late fastpasses will be for the sunset safari? No ROL FPs yet but the extended hours are promising.

That's been the close time for June for a while. Expect AK to be open until 10:00 or later once ROL starts.

I've clearly been way too wrapped up in my resort changes lol, sorry! For some reason I was thinking AK closed earlier than that.
No need to apologize! Most of the dates we've been discussing here are April/May which have 6:30 closes most nights. I only know that June has 8:00 closes b/c June 1 is one of the dates I'm considering for ROL (May 27 is the other...and still has a 6:30 close!)

AK still has 5:00 close times most fall dates, so probably doesn't mean anything right now. :)
