rumor and speculation on MGM event

In the world of those who run, there are rumors surfacing of a new and upcoming Halloween race. Rumors abound, but I have heard -- MGM, 13k race, starts at Tower of Terror, late October, in the evening (say 9:00 p.m.).
I am just wondering if there is a possibility (if this rumor has merit) this running event could tie into a MGM Adult theme Halloween party event. (Finally!)
