Nope, just checked. I have a trip booked for June 9 and haven't done check in yet. I'm not getting that message on the desktop or the mobile version of MDE. Weird.
Ahh, ok.
All of this has me over thinking everything anymore. Looking for hidden hints of whats to come.
I cannot wait until Disney announces what is happening so there is no more sifting thru guesses, predictions and rumors.
I am on the phone with DVC member services right now. I wanted to modify my trip. The CM said that the parks are scheduled to open June 15. They may not open then, but they will not open before June 15. Magic Kingdom area is the ONLY area that will be open. Magic KIngdom will be the only park open. This will be Phase one. They will open other parks as they see how Phase one goes.
There will be NO FAST PASSES, NO CHARACTER MEETINGS AND VERY LIMITED RESTAURANTS. There will be a "digital registry" for rides. Again, MK is the only park opening JUne 15 until later phases.
He (the CM) also said that EPCOT will be the LAST park to open. I am on hold right now getting my OTU points refunded.
I have never had a CM (during this closure) be so candid and forthright with information.
Thank you! This makes me feel much better with the decision that I made. I knew my end of May and June trip would be cancelled, so I called and moved that trip to July a few weeks ago. Then, after seeing all of the rumors about modified experiences, I cancelled the July trip and moved it to May of 2021. I’m sad that we have to wait a whole year now, but there’s no way I want to go with such modified experiences.
I'm waiting for an answer on a friend that works DVC, she is working right now, one of the few that were left, so as soon as she gets back to me I'll post
Unfortunately most "heard from a phone CM" info is inaccurate, and then becomes the "boy who cried wolf"scenario, where the info has been wrong so many times even if it's right this time it is not taken as fact
I just spoke to her, she has not heard any of that, i asked how they get their communications and she said she would've received an email on her work account.
Also she added that if the specific cm had that info they wouldn't be allowed to share until Disney announced first to everyone and the cm would most likely be fired
So of course my next question was, maybe you know but can't tell me... she told me she honestly didn't know
Now that doesn't really confirm anything so we're back to square one

Correct me if I am wrong but the info you're sharing seems to match up with the secure circuit that's been accepted here as being legit? So perhaps CMs have received some knowledge of the different phases WDW is considering, and he is sharing what is most likely at this moment. Very interesting that they feel comfortable sharing this though! Thanks for passing it on. We're all starved for any info
The Phone CMs get their info where we all get it - these boards! Finn probably got it from reading this thread. They do not have any other inside info, which is why they are often wrong.
The idea of all virtual queaus, no character meets, no character dining, only mobile ordering, opening in phases with MK opening first and Epcot opening last, etc., is exactly what is rumored as the first Phase of the Secure Circuit, all detailed in the first post of this thread.
My opinion is that there will be modifications and they will need to test with CMs, like they are doing in Shanghai. It won’t be the same experience we have had. But, I think Disney will be thoughtful about balancing safety and magic.

We're about to do the same thing. We have a DVC trip mid June at the Beach Club and want to move it to 2021 but were waiting for more info before doing this. Can't justify a Disney trip with all of these modified experiences. However, if some of the rumors are true the Beach Club won't be open anyways

I just cancelled our May 25 - June 1 trip at SSR. DH and I already have a December trip booked - we hope everything is open then but will likely go anyway since I was teary-eyed after cancelling.
On another site today, someone noticed that it says online check in is now required and they must go directly to their room upon arrival. I have reservations in both June and July currently and mine dont say this, but it's something to keep an eye on
