Rum Point & Stingray City or Stingray tour alone

We are panning on booking just one exercison as of now with Disney. Not sure if we want to do the Stingray City tour or the Rum Beach adventrue w/Stingray also. Has anyone done either one? If you have done the combination one, was there enough time at the beach an enough time spend with the Stingrays? Thanks in advance.
