rug rats breakfast

the kids I sit for on school vacations and some mornings love this breakfast

english muffin toasted.
slice of cheese on both sides of muffin
one already cooked frozen sausage.....warmed in water in microwave
empty water and slice it in pieces......
add one large jumbo egg to the sausage and scramble it up good
cook for 45 seconds and lay half on one side of muffin and the other
piece of it on the other side.
smoosh the two together and cut in half...
the kids all say it is better then the local coffee place.....

I'll have to try this! I'm so lazy in the morning, but this sounds very easy - and I think my kids will like it.

Sounds so good. Probably will use whole wheat muffins and turkey sausage to make it a little healthier.
