We were at IOA on vacation. We were staying on-site so we took advantage of the Express Pass. We were in the line for Spider Man. There was a group of kids about 10-11 behind us. There were 4 of them. They all had on t-shirts for a cheer-leading group. They were pushing & shoving the entire time in line. I kept turning around to tell them to stop, but they ignored me. They also were using profanities in line. When we finally got onto the car, they were put in the car with us. I leaned over to put something in the package holder pouch when one of them pulled the bar down & hit me in the head. Then they screamed so loud through the entire ride that we couldn't hear the characters talking. As we were getting off the ride, I turned & said to them that maybe they should consider riding something that was more their maturity level. AFter we got off, they went to the adults that were with them & told them what I had said. They then came up to me & asked if I had a problem with their kids to whicj I replied yes. I told of all that they had done to which she replied "their just kids." I said exactly. They should have had an adult with them. I said if you are supposed to be watching them, then actually do it. I didn't feel as though what I said was wrong. They had totally ruined the ride for us plus physically hurt me.

They didn't dare say a word and actually left the line. The rest of the wait was much more peaceful.
I had a slightly different situation occur to us while waiting in a 90 minute line at Universal/IOA, but still just as rude. While chaperoning a group of teens on a school trip (we had been in line at least 20 minutes) when people started pushing past us from another group in the queue to join up with their "family". I'm talking about 2 people ahead of us saving places for about 15 members of their extended group?? After about half had passed I put my arms out and said "No, More!" Then I turned around to my group and said "Follow me!"
