Last night I tried to book them. And I guess this time all the booking HAS to go wrong :lmao: I couldn't book, just as I enter all the information and click "CASH", get a new error, telling me to contact webmaster :lmao:
Wrote them an email. Instead of answer I got a voucher. Whole email was in French - didn't understood a thing... And the voucher was in.. SPANISH!? :laughing: Am I missing something? Do they write vouchers in Spanish?
Would anyone who booked this service share? :rotfl:

I wrote them back. Why would they put everything in Spanish?
 
i had my email confirmation from them in French, but the attachment with the confirmation reference and times of pick-up and where etc was in English.
 
mine is in Spanish. I thought it would be in English... :confused3
 
RStransports answered my email, sent a new voucher - in English. And apologized.

Now I'm all happy and settled for our trip.
