Hi
Quick question as just about to book... do you pay when you book or on the journey itself? Trying to plan my budget in advance!

Thankyou in advance :)

i usually pay cash to the driver when we arrive at our DLP hotel :). You can pay by credit or debit card in advance though, if you prefer to.

Don't want to scare you but.........

We used this company in June and would never do so again. They were an hour and a half late collecting us from the airport (although they did eventually phone and telll us a time they would get there) and then the driver gave us the scariest ride to The Explorers. At one point he was messing with the sat nav, speaking on his mobile and taking a slurp of his drink whilst steering the van with his knees!

He then did not know where The Explorers Hotel was and stopped so that we could attempt to show him on our confirmation and a map.

On our return journey we picked up another couple who said that they had had the same kind of frightening journey from airport to hotel a week earlier. They too said thay would never book RS Transport again.

We will be taking the TGV from Paris to DLP on our trip in December now.

Hmmm... Doesn't sound great :/ we will have cases and toddlers with a buggy, so really after a transfer service..any tips anyone?
Thanks for all the feedback

We used RStransports on three trips now and I can't say a bad word about them. Always on time, polite and good service. I'd definitely would book them again for my next trip. Always booked shared option, never had to share yet.

I too had a scary return journey this year with RSTransports - our driver fell asleep at the wheel - only momentarily - he snored himself awake - but it was very frightening.

I had been really happy with them last year but I think there's a reason why they're so much cheaper than the other shuttle companies to be honest. I don't think I could use them again now.

I'm really disappointed to read this, I've used RS Transports several times, but our last return journey was a nightmare.
This was in my review form July 2013 but I was hoping it was "one off" and I've booked them again for October. :scratchin

The journey on departure day was something else, I had a phonecall an hour before we were due to be collected to say driver would be 15 mins late, when he arrived we went the scenic route, i've been that way before with ezyshuttle and john explained it was quicker at rushhour times, which is fair enough, but on this occasion the road was closed, first we ended up at a dead end, then he stopped to ask a young girl the way, we ended up on a dirt track for a few miles. I'm not sure if the driver was rushing then, but his driving was appalling, i felt sick and liam who doesnt travel very well was positively green. We were constantly accelerating and braking and he was on his phone 90% of the time, my husband said he'd rather walk than risk going in a car with them again !

I must stress this was Paris Blue Shuttle but i cant recommend RS transports if they're going to pass bookings over.
