RPR week of June 18, 2007 rates most N/A

Whats up with the week of June 18, 2007 at RPR.
I wanted a room that week for 1 night and 18, 19, 20 all sold out.
I got a rate of $291 with AAA for 21, and lucky to get $191 for friday the 22nd.
I jumped on that day.
Why is it so full the beginning of that week?
