RPR Valet Parking for the Disabled

Hello everyone,

Does the RPR charge the same $17 Valet Parking fee for guests with disabilities? I know Disney waives the valet fee, but wasn't sure about Universal. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Disney Delux resorts waives the fee but when i was at RPR they still charged the Valet fee
