Royal Plaza, Doubletree, Buena Vista Palace Resort & Spa

I need help choosing from these hotels for our upcoming trip. It is just my husband & I, but this is what we want:
Clean Room
Nice Pool
Balcony

We chose these 3 to be near Downtown Disney, but we are renting a car too.

Royal Plaza
Doubletree
Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa

I haven't stayed there yet, but I booked Buena Vista Palace for our first night of vacation this coming July.
