Royal Pacific buffets

I read somewhere that Royal Pacific has a dinner buffet, but I can't find much info on it. Is it every night? What kinds of food? Price? and any reviews. We'll be going to Universal and or IOA a couple of days and a buffet would be a nice dinner after the parks.
