I picked up strollers #1 and #4 yesterday. It was a bit of an adventure as they were at the wrong resort! Ft. Wilderness (Campground) has an itty-bitty luggage storage area which they let us into the verify there were NO strollers there! I tried to call the previous swapper but got a voice mail. Left message. Started thinking and realized they were probably left at Wilderness LODGE instead. Sent hubby over as I had to meet the golf cart rental guy. At first Wilderness lodge claims they are not there! Oh no! Hubby calls me and I tell him to show them the claim check image on his phone, and ask nicely to look again. They take pity on him and take him back there to look. Thanks to the matching ribbins on the handles he finds them both- they look different and I am not sure he would have located the second but for the ribbon.
Um, there does appear to be a few "issues" which I hate to bring up...there is no replacement seat with the stroller #1. There is a big patch, but no seat- I thought there was supposed to be a seat with it. However, the seat seems to be fine, the seam that was sewn by a previous swapper is holding up. Also the bar between seats on both of the strollers is broken. I was aware of the one, but not the both. I will make some pictures and post more details later, we are on our way out the door for a early ADR right now.
However, both strollers are useable, so I am thrilled about that. Sorry to bring "bad news".
Hopefully waranty replacements are in the works...but again, both are still useable.
Off to Magic Kingdom!

ok, the seat was in a brown box taped to the inside of the basket so it HAS to be at the resort that you found the strollers.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. It's about 3" tall, 12" inches wide, and 18 inches long....is there any way you can look at FWL luggage services for it?

Yes, frustrating, there was nothing taped inside the baskets at all. the patch was loose in there. I can't imagine what must go on in luggage services that things come out a week later so different than when they go in!
I will be at FWL on Saturday and will look for it then. I am here with our entire family of 14 people and we have a lot scheduled. If I can get over there sooner I will go, but I can't promise until Sat when we have a day off and will be eating there. Hope that's ok. If anyone has a picture of what the seat box looks like, or can describe any writing or anything on it that will help me try to locate it.
As I mentioned, the seat is holding up fine. I was planning not to replace it unless needed anyway.
I am going to try and shoot a few pics of the damages for you this afternoon on the way to MK. But, again, strollers are useable!

please don't laugh but it was packaged in two beer flats. YES BEER flats for a stroller seat.

I can't remember exactly what type of beer but it should be red or black print on the 3" sides that says a type of beer and probably 2/12-pk bottle or cans. I don't know if Sunny removed her info or not but if she didn't, it will be on the shipping label.

I've got tomorrow off and going to be on the phone with INSTEP all day..getting that resolved to our satisfaction but I will call FWL and see if I can locate it the box and have it sent over to your resort.

I'll let you know what I find out.

The patch was inside the velcro pocket on the back of the stroller. The seat was taped to the storage bin in the bottom of the stroller. It was in a brown box w/my sister's name on it: Mariah Dennison and Pop Century's address, as that is where it was originally sent. It was taped to the stroller basket with blue duct tape. It was taped rather securely, both ways, multiple times!!!

Stroller #1 doesn't have a bar that runs up between the seats, so I am not sure what damage you are speaking of on that stroller.

Stroller #4 is the stroller that has the broken bar, but it is the one I secured repeatedly with the same color blue duct tape to hold it in place to prevent further damage in luggage storage.

Sorry my sister delivered them to the wrong resort. She had both strollers, but I tried to repair them as I had stroller #5 in the swap while we were all there together.

Sorry I didn't think of that...I really did duct tape it in there good!!! 4 times across, both ways!!! Geez...

Okay, harrassed DH until he got pics posted for me, so I could post them here...so here it goes...pics first then the story!!!

OKAY...THE STORY!!!
So, EMH on July 10th...there are a group of CMs (3) standing around by sword and the stone and I ask if there is anything special going on w/characters for EMH. They say there will be some characters out for pics and signatures. I ask who? and they all look at each other and whisper then tell me the Fab 5 and I ask if they know where I might find them? Again, they look at each other, whisper some and I say not to worry about it, I understand if they can't tell me and they say oh no, Mickey and Minnie will be here and Pluto there, etc. I then ask about Jasmine and explain DD6 loves her and we haven't seen her yet. They say unfortunately no, but maybe check these places tomorrow. I say thanks and have a good night.

As I am walking away, they are still whispering and giggling and then I hear, Yeah, let's do it!!! Then one of them walks up and says, Do you wnat to do something special with your kids tonight? I say, SURE! He says, It's kind of intense and may take a while...I say, OKAY!!! I call for DH and tell him to come on the "bus" is leaving!!! So then we get all these instructions...Do you have a photopass card? Yes, thanks and he hands it to a photographer!!! Then he introduces us to a young lady and says, she will be taking care of your stroller!!! Then he says to DD6 and DS4, So two of my friends are going to come out and see you, I can't tell you who, but they have big ears and like to eat cheese! My kids start yelling, It's Mickey & Minnie!!! He then says, they will walk w/you through the park over to the Dumbo ride and ride w/you on the ride, then they will walk w/you over to Sir Mickey's to take pictures!

All in all there were like 4 CMs (3 w/us, kids, Mickey & Minnie and 1 w/stroller!!!) and the photopass guy. These pics are from our camera that the CMs used to take for us!!!

It was all crazy!!! It all lasted about 40-45 minutes and my kids were beyond thrilled!!! I'm not sure who was more excited...kids or mom and dad!!!
